By accessing or using lumiqbrain.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About This Site

LumiQBrain.ai is an informational and portfolio site operated by Dilip Tandekar, showcasing AI and telecom projects including LLMOS, ASK3GPP, TelecomOS, and related open-source tools. The Site does not process payments or online transactions. Any "Pro" or "Enterprise" plans referenced on the Site are not yet available for purchase; related links only open an email to request more information.

3. Open Source Software

Software linked from this Site (including LLMOS, ASK3GPP, 5G KPI Anomaly, 3GPP RAG Pipeline, Aegis, and smart_rag) is hosted on GitHub and licensed separately under the terms in each respective repository. Review each repository's license before using, modifying, or redistributing its code. TelecomOS is proprietary and private; access is granted at our sole discretion upon request and may be subject to a separate agreement.

4. No Warranty

The Site and all linked software are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or any linked software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Dilip Tandekar or LumiQBrain be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or any linked software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including GitHub, ASK3GPP.com, and LinkedIn. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, design, and the "LumiQBrain" name and logo are the property of Dilip Tandekar unless otherwise noted, and may not be used without permission. Patents referenced on the Site (including US12185131B2 and US12317117B2) are cited for biographical purposes only and remain the property of their respective assignee; nothing on this Site grants any license to those patents.

8. Privacy

This Site does not use cookies or tracking scripts beyond standard hosting and CDN access logs (AWS CloudFront/Amplify). We do not operate forms that collect personal data. If you email us or use a mailto link, the information you choose to send is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not sold or shared with third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable in a given jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
